More than two decades dedicated to sports performance, physical preparation and helping people develop through movement. My work combines experience in international competition, education in Sport and Exercise Science, and a practical approach focused on helping each person progress sustainably and individually.

For more than 15 years, I have integrated sport psychology into my development as an athlete, coach and person.

At Moritz Berg - Mind & Body I work online with people who want to improve their performance, health and quality of life through an individual process that fits realistically into daily life. In South Tenerife I also offer in-person strength, movement and swimming services, subject to availability.

Training is only one part of the process. When a situation requires support outside my area of expertise, I prefer to recommend professionals I personally trust and whose work I know first-hand.

Individual sessions for strength, gym training, hypertrophy, technique, health and performance. If another person joins, the small-group rate applies.

In person, subject to confirmation Location, facility and time will be confirmed before the booking is finalised. Pool sessions depend on actual pool availability, facility rules and available lanes.

A 60-minute individual in-person session with supervision, technical correction and adaptation to the client's goal.

How does online training work and who is it for? +

Online training begins by understanding your goal, experience, availability and circumstances. From there, you receive personalised planning, support and adjustments. It is suitable for beginners and advanced athletes, and you can do it from anywhere.

What is the difference between the initial assessment and mentoring? +

The initial assessment analyses your starting point before you commit to a process. Mentoring helps you clarify goals, resolve questions and make better decisions about health, movement, habits or performance, without necessarily including a training programme.

Do I need previous experience to start? +

No. Services are adapted to each person's level, experience and starting point . Whether you want to improve health and fitness or pursue performance goals, the process is adapted to your needs and circumstances.

When will I receive my plan or next steps after purchase? +

After purchase, I will personally review your request. Within a maximum of 24 hours you will receive an email with the next steps to begin.

Do the plans have a fixed duration? +

Monthly plans last 30 calendar days from the agreed start date. Before starting, the start and end dates will be clearly stated.

Do you only work with swimmers? +

No. Although swimming and performance are an important part of my background, I also work with people who want to improve health, strength, general fitness, sports performance or movement quality.

My specialisation in strength and performance training allows me to adapt each process to very different goals, levels and circumstances through a personalised and sustainable approach.

How is this different from a generic plan? +

Every process is built around the person's real situation: goals, experience, availability, sporting history and circumstances. The goal is not to accumulate training, but to make better decisions for efficient, sustainable progress.

Can I combine in-person sessions and online support? +

Yes. Hybrid programmes combine in-person attention with the flexibility and continuity of online support.

How much time do I need each week? +

There is no single answer. Training is adapted to each person's real availability. The aim is to balance results, sustainability and lifestyle.
